The Irishman

In 1950s Pennsylvania, war veteran Frank Sheeran earns a living as a truck driver until an unexpected meeting with mobster Russell Bufalino draws him into organized crime. As Frank proves himself useful, Bufalino sends him to Chicago, where he becomes involved with union leader Jimmy Hoffa. Their association grows into a close friendship, but Frank’s loyalty to Bufalino’s criminal network places him between two powerful men whose interests do not always align.
