What to include

Provide the specific page or account issue, the result you want, relevant dates and only the evidence necessary to understand the request.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, full payment-card information or unrelated identity documents.

Response handling

Response time depends on complexity, evidence and the type of request. Data-protection complaints are acknowledged within 30 days. Other requests do not have a guaranteed response time unless the law requires one.

Language

You may submit requests in English or Ukrainian.
