Account and service help
Use General Support for sign-in problems, account settings, watchlists, recommendations, site behaviour or another ordinary question.
Privacy and personal information
Use Privacy or Data Protection to exercise a privacy right, ask how information is used or make a data-protection complaint.
Data-protection complaints are acknowledged within 30 days. Rights requests may require proportionate identity or authority checks.
Copyright and other rights
Use Copyright and Rights for copyright, trade mark, privacy, likeness, attribution, impersonation or another legal-right concern about displayed material.
Content and catalogue errors
Use Content Report for an incorrect title, credit, image, date, translation, biography, provider listing or other factual problem that does not require a legal claim.
Comments and moderation
Use Content Report to report a comment. Use Moderation Appeal if you are eligible to challenge a moderation decision on your own username, comment or account feature.
Security
Use Security for a suspected vulnerability, compromised account or security issue. Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys or personal information that is not necessary to explain the problem.
Case references
After submitting a form, keep the case reference shown to you. The reference may be needed to view status or provide additional information.
Emergencies
Watchmora is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority if someone faces immediate danger.
Support cases are routed according to their subject. General, product, account and vulnerability matters go to Watchmora Support; privacy and personal-data matters go to Watchmora Privacy; and legal, copyright and rightsholder matters go to Watchmora Legal.
