Watchmora
Editorial, AI and Corrections Policy
This Policy explains how Watchmora creates catalogue copy and Journal content, including the role of artificial intelligence and the limits of human review.
Effective date: 6 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Version 2.2
1. Publisher and editorial identity
The legal publisher and operator is Stanislav Sliuzar, a self-employed sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Watchmora.
“Watchmora Editorial” is a public editorial identity and byline. It does not necessarily identify an individual human author and must not be interpreted as a claim that a named editorial team reviewed every item.
2. Purpose
Watchmora publishes information intended to help people discover films, television programmes, animation, anime, people and related industry developments.
Watchmora is not a streaming service. Editorial content should not suggest that a full film or episode can be watched on Watchmora.
3. Use of automation and artificial intelligence
Watchmora may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to identify topics, collect and structure source material, draft, rewrite, translate, summarise, format and publish Journal content.
Human review may take place, but it is not guaranteed before every publication. Automated content can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.
AI may also be used for catalogue enrichment, descriptions, translations, embeddings, similarity analysis, recommendation support and moderation.
Automated output is never treated as proof that a statement is true or that material can legally be reused.
4. Current and future Journal workflows
At the effective date of this Policy, Watchmora supports manual Journal management and publication through its administrative system. Fully scheduled AI Journal generation and publication may be introduced or expanded later.
This Policy describes the standards that apply whether an item is produced manually, automatically or through a combination of both.
5. Sources
Journal content should be based on identifiable sources appropriate to the claim. Where technically available, Watchmora should retain source URLs or source records for internal verification and corrections.
Sources may include official studio, network, distributor, festival, platform, creator or representative announcements; public records; reputable reporting; interviews; and licensed or permitted catalogue data.
A single third-party article should not be copied, lightly disguised or used as the sole structure for a substitute article. Multiple-source synthesis is preferred for news where practical.
6. Quotations
Use only quotations that are relevant and proportionate. Identify the speaker and source where appropriate.
Do not reproduce long passages, complete interviews, scripts, lyrics or other protected material merely because it is publicly accessible.
7. Facts, uncertainty and attribution
Distinguish confirmed information from rumours, estimates, predictions, analysis and opinion.
Dates, names, roles, releases, renewals, cancellations, deaths, legal disputes and quotations should be attributed to an appropriate source when the claim is not common knowledge.
If sources conflict or information is developing, say so rather than presenting uncertainty as settled fact.
8. Higher-risk claims
Claims about identifiable people involving crime, abuse, misconduct, health, death, private life, legal disputes or safety carry greater risk.
Where future automation identifies such a topic, Watchmora should route the material for additional review before publication when technically and operationally possible. This is a target control, not a representation that every current item has received human review.
Do not publish private personal information without a clear lawful and editorial justification.
9. Images and media
An image must have an identified source and a reasonable basis for use. Sources may include licensed catalogue providers, official press materials, original work, permitted embeds or generated images whose use is allowed.
Do not take an image from an ordinary search result merely because it can be downloaded.
Third-party posters, stills, logos and trailers remain the property of their owners. Their use does not imply endorsement.
10. Catalogue descriptions and translations
Catalogue descriptions and translations may be created or adapted with automated tools. They should describe the title without pretending that Watchmora streams it.
Generated text may be corrected, replaced or removed when inaccurate, repetitive, misleading or unsupported.
11. Recommendations and rankings
Recommendations and rankings may use catalogue attributes, similarity profiles, aggregate audience signals and account preferences where enabled.
They are editorial and algorithmic discovery tools. They do not guarantee quality, suitability, availability or a particular result for every person.
12. Corrections
Watchmora accepts correction requests through the Content Report or Support route.
When a material error is confirmed, Watchmora may correct the page or article, add context, label uncertainty, update attribution, restrict the material, archive it or remove it.
Minor spelling, formatting and style changes may be made without a public correction note. A material correction should be recorded internally and, where the context warrants it, disclosed on the affected item.
13. Rights, privacy and removal requests
Use the Copyright and Rights form for copyright, trade mark, privacy, likeness, attribution or related claims. Use the Privacy form for concerns about Watchmora’s handling of personal information.
A request is assessed on its facts and does not guarantee removal. Watchmora may preserve evidence and limited audit records where necessary.
14. Comments and external contributions
User comments are governed by the Community Guidelines. They are not editorial endorsements and may not have been reviewed before publication.
External submissions must not be represented as independent editorial work if they are sponsored, promotional or supplied by an interested party.
15. Advertising, affiliates and sponsorship
Watchmora currently has no advertising, affiliate revenue, paid subscription revenue or sponsored-content revenue.
If commercial content is introduced, it must be clearly identifiable and must not be presented as independent editorial judgement. TMDB commercial licensing and other required reviews must be completed before monetisation that depends on licensed data is activated.
16. Editorial independence and conflicts
Editorial and recommendation output should not be altered secretly in exchange for payment, gifts or preferential treatment.
Any material commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation or article should be disclosed clearly when such relationships exist.
17. Limitations
Speed, automation and changing source information mean that Watchmora cannot guarantee every item is complete or error-free. This limitation does not remove the responsibility to correct confirmed material errors and respond to valid rights or privacy requests.
18. Contact
Use the Content Report form for factual errors, the Copyright and Rights form for legal rights, and the Support form for general editorial questions.
To request a correction or report an editorial issue, use the support form or email [email protected].
