Watchmora
About Watchmora
Watchmora is an independent film and television discovery service built to help people decide what to watch without pretending to be another streaming platform.
Effective date: 6 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Version 2.2
What Watchmora does
Watchmora brings together catalogue information, recommendations, collections, trailers, people, availability information and editorial content in one discovery experience.
The goal is to reduce endless browsing and make it easier to move from “I want something to watch” to a useful shortlist.
What Watchmora is not
Watchmora is not a streaming service and does not host full films or television episodes. It does not sell access to titles.
Where to Watch information points users toward independent providers and may change by country, account, subscription, device and date.
Accounts and community
The public catalogue can be browsed without an account. Accounts, personalisation and account-only community features are limited to adults aged 18 or over.
An account may be used for watchlists, ratings, history, preferences, recommendations, comments and privacy controls.
Data and credits
Watchmora uses external sources including TMDB, JustWatch data delivered through TMDB, YouTube and conditionally Wikipedia or Creative Commons material where provenance is recorded.
The Data Sources, Licences and Credits page explains attribution and limitations.
Recommendations and AI
Watchmora uses algorithms and automated systems to organise catalogue information, create similarity profiles, support recommendations, generate or translate descriptions and moderate community submissions.
Journal workflows may also use AI to identify topics, structure sources, draft, rewrite, translate, summarise, format and publish content. Human review may happen but is not guaranteed before every publication.
Automated output can be wrong. Watchmora provides correction, report, appeal and rights-request routes.
Independent operation
Watchmora is operated by Stanislav Sliuzar, a self-employed sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Watchmora.
Watchmora currently has no advertising, affiliate revenue, paid features, subscription revenue or sponsorship revenue.
Building responsibly
Watchmora aims to be useful without hiding important limitations. The service publishes its Terms, privacy information, data-source credits, community rules, editorial practices and reporting routes so users and rightsholders can understand how it operates.
