Watchmora
Accessibility at Watchmora
Watchmora aims to make its public catalogue, account controls and support routes usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Effective date: 6 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Version 2.2
Our approach
Watchmora aims to align its interface with recognised accessibility practices, including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where practical.
This is an ongoing engineering goal, not a claim that every page, third-party embed or piece of content has been independently certified or fully conforms to a particular standard.
What we work on
Accessibility work may include:
- semantic headings and landmarks;
- keyboard access;
- visible focus states;
- meaningful labels and accessible names;
- text alternatives for functional images where available;
- readable contrast and scalable text;
- error identification and form instructions;
- reduced-motion support where practical;
- accessible policy and support pages;
- testing common routes with automated and manual checks.
Third-party and content limitations
Some posters, trailers, provider logos, external pages, embeds and source material come from third parties. Watchmora may not control their captions, audio description, keyboard behaviour, colour contrast or other accessibility features.
Catalogue descriptions and translations may also contain gaps or errors. Report a specific problem so it can be investigated.
Known limitations
Watchmora does not claim that there are no accessibility barriers. Complex filters, dynamic recommendations, media players, older admin-generated content and third-party components may require further work.
The current accessibility evidence is technical and operational, not a formal independent accessibility audit.
Requesting help or another format
Use the Accessibility or General Support route and describe:
- the page or feature;
- the barrier;
- the device, browser or assistive technology if relevant;
- the format or outcome you need.
Do not include medical details unless they are necessary to explain the request.
Response
Watchmora will review reasonable reports and prioritise issues according to impact, severity and available resources. A report does not guarantee a specific change or deadline, but it will be recorded and assessed.
Contact
Use the Support Centre to report an accessibility barrier. Use the Security form instead if the issue is a vulnerability.
