The rules for using WatchMora as a movie and series discovery service.

2. Who operates WatchMora

The operator of WatchMora is: Stanislav Sliuzar.\n\nThese Terms of Use explain the rules for using WatchMora. By accessing or using WatchMora, creating an account, saving content, posting comments, or using discovery features, you agree to these Terms.

3. What WatchMora is

WatchMora is a movie and series discovery product. It helps users browse titles, explore catalog pages, use filters, create a Watchlist, save searches, select streaming services they use, manage preferences, and receive more relevant discovery suggestions.

WatchMora is designed to help users decide what to watch next.

4. What WatchMora is not

WatchMora is not a streaming service.

WatchMora does not host, sell, rent, license, or play movies or series. WatchMora does not provide playback, subscriptions, billing, refunds, or access to external streaming accounts.

If you have a billing, playback, subscription, login, or account issue with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Max, or any other external service, contact that provider directly.

Third-party streaming availability shown on WatchMora is informational and may vary by country, account type, device, provider, time, and local licensing.

5. Accounts

Some WatchMora features require an account, including Watchlist, preferences, saved searches, comments, recently viewed history, selected streaming services, and account privacy controls.

You are responsible for:

- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your password secure;
- keeping access to your email account secure;
- using your own account only;
- notifying us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You may not create an account using false identity information, impersonate another person, or use a name that suggests you are WatchMora staff, administrator, moderator, or an official representative unless you are authorized to do so.

6. Email verification and account messages

WatchMora may send essential transactional emails, such as password reset, email verification, pending email confirmation, and account-related messages.

You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and accessible. If you lose access to your email address, some account recovery or verification features may not work.

7. Your use of WatchMora

You agree to use WatchMora only in a lawful and respectful way.

You must not:

- use WatchMora to break the law;
- attempt to access another user’s account;
- attempt to access admin or private areas;
- abuse, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
- bypass security, moderation, rate limits, or access controls;
- upload or post malicious content;
- post spam;
- post links or promotional content where links are not allowed;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- impersonate WatchMora, administrators, moderators, partners, or streaming providers;
- use WatchMora to distribute malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive content;
- use automated tools in a way that harms the service or other users.

8. Watchlist, library, preferences, and saved searches

WatchMora lets you save and manage personal discovery signals such as Watchlist items, watched titles, likes, dislikes, hidden titles, genre preferences, selected streaming services, recently viewed titles, and saved searches.

These features are provided to help you organize discovery and personalize your experience.

You can change or delete many of these signals from your account. Some actions may affect recommendations, filters, account pages, or saved views.

Saved Searches are private account features. They are not public pages and are not SEO landing pages.

9. Curated catalog pages

WatchMora may provide curated catalog pages created by the site administrator. These pages are intended to organize public catalog content around useful discovery topics.

Curated pages are not user-generated public pages. They may change over time as the catalog, filters, availability, or editorial decisions change.

10. Where to Watch and streaming availability

WatchMora may show where a movie or series may be available to stream, rent, buy, watch free, or watch with ads, depending on available provider data.

Availability information is provided for convenience and may not always be complete, current, or available to every user. Availability can vary by region, provider, account type, device, time, and licensing.

WatchMora does not guarantee that a title is available on a listed provider for every user.

11. Comments and user content

If comments are enabled, you may be able to post comments on WatchMora.

You are responsible for the content you post.

You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, spammy, misleading, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for the WatchMora community.

WatchMora may use automated and manual moderation. Comments may be approved, held for review, edited by the author, hidden, rejected, deleted, or removed from public view.

WatchMora may remove content or restrict account features if a user violates these Terms or site rules.

By posting a comment or other user content, you allow WatchMora to display that content within the service. This permission is limited to operating, displaying, moderating, and improving WatchMora.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

12. Content accuracy

WatchMora uses third-party data sources and internal curation for information about movies, series, people, providers, genres, countries, years, ratings, images, and availability.

Some information may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, duplicated, or region-dependent.

WatchMora may update, correct, hide, remove, or reorganize catalog data at any time.

13. Recommendations and personalization

WatchMora may use your account signals to personalize catalog results, recommendation sections, and discovery features.

Personalization is provided to improve discovery, not to guarantee that every recommendation will match your taste.

You can manage many personalization settings from your account, including taste preferences, selected streaming services, recently viewed tracking, saved searches, watchlist, and account privacy controls.

14. Third-party services and links

WatchMora may link to third-party websites, services, streaming providers, data sources, or external pages.

Those third-party services are not controlled by WatchMora. Their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, account rules, and support processes apply.

WatchMora is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, external availability, provider billing, playback, subscriptions, or external account issues.

15. Intellectual property

WatchMora, its interface, layout, branding, original text, organization, custom features, and internal systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Movie and series names, posters, logos, provider marks, cast information, and related data may belong to their respective owners or data providers.

WatchMora does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, movie artwork, provider names, or external catalog data.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or misuse WatchMora’s content, design, or systems except as allowed by law or with permission.

16. Service availability

WatchMora may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Features may be added, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable.

WatchMora may also restrict access to certain features while the product is in development, testing, maintenance, or launch preparation.

17. Account suspension and termination

WatchMora may restrict, suspend, or delete an account if the account violates these Terms, abuses the service, attempts unauthorized access, posts prohibited content, or creates risk for WatchMora or other users.

You may delete your own account from the account area where the feature is available.

Deleting your account may remove personal rows associated with your account, such as Watchlist, preferences, saved searches, recently viewed history, tokens, and related account data. Comments may be deleted or handled according to the current account deletion system and database rules.

18. Privacy

Your use of WatchMora is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, what controls are available, and how account deletion and data export work.

19. Disclaimers

WatchMora is provided as a discovery and information service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WatchMora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WatchMora does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, complete, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

WatchMora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, pricing, or current status of third-party movie, provider, or availability data.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

20. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WatchMora and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of account access, lost profits, service interruption, third-party provider issues, or reliance on inaccurate third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WatchMora and its operator should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of account access, lost profits, service interruption, third-party provider issues, or reliance on inaccurate third-party information.

21. Indemnity

If you misuse WatchMora, violate these Terms, violate the law, or infringe third-party rights, you may be responsible for claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs that result from that misuse or violation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If included, it should be fair, clear, and limited to user misuse of WatchMora, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes related to these Terms should be handled by the competent courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

23. Changes to these Terms

WatchMora may update these Terms as the product changes. If important changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and the effective date should be updated.

Continued use of WatchMora after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
