Watchmora

Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for accessing and using Watchmora. Please read them before creating an account or using account-only features.

Effective date: 6 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Version 2.2

1. Who operates Watchmora

Watchmora is operated by Stanislav Sliuzar, a self-employed sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Watchmora. In these Terms, “Watchmora”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator.

Watchmora is not a limited company, a streaming service or a seller of access to films or television programmes.

2. Accepting these Terms

You may browse the public catalogue without an account. By creating an account, signing in after a material update, posting a comment or using another account-only feature, you agree to the current version of these Terms.

Your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy is separate from your agreement to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used; it is not a blanket request for consent to all processing.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create or continue using an account. You may still browse public pages and use the available support, privacy, copyright and security forms.

3. Accounts are for adults

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Watchmora account or to use account-only community features.

We use an age self-declaration for routine registration. We do not routinely collect dates of birth, identity documents, selfies or biometric age data. A self-declaration is not a guarantee that every account holder is an adult.

If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict or close the account after review. A parent or guardian may report a suspected underage account through the Support Centre.

Public catalogue information remains available without an account.

4. Account security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure for which Watchmora is legally responsible.

Do not share authentication links, reset codes, passwords or access tokens. Tell us promptly through the Security or Support form if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require email verification, anti-abuse checks or additional confirmation when reasonably necessary to protect accounts and the service.

5. What Watchmora provides

Watchmora helps people discover films, television programmes, animation, anime, people, collections and related editorial content. Features may include catalogue information, recommendations, trailers, watchlists, ratings, viewing preferences, comments, availability information and Journal articles.

Recommendations, rankings and generated descriptions are discovery tools, not professional advice, factual guarantees or promises that a title will suit every user.

Watchmora does not host full films or television episodes and does not sell streaming access. Trailer playback and availability links may be provided by third parties.

6. Catalogue and availability information

Catalogue information may come from external data providers, public sources, automated processing and editorial work. Titles, credits, dates, images, translations, ratings, availability, prices and provider listings can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.

Where to Watch information is informational only. Availability can change by country, account type, subscription, device, date and provider. Always confirm the current terms and price with the relevant provider before paying or relying on the information.

7. Artificial intelligence and automation

Watchmora uses or may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, for catalogue enrichment, rewriting, translation, embeddings, similarity analysis, recommendations, moderation and editorial workflows.

Automated output can be incomplete, outdated, biased or incorrect. We may edit, replace, label or remove automated output. More information appears in the Privacy Policy and the Editorial, AI and Corrections Policy.

Moderation systems may allow, hold for review or block a username or comment. You may report an error or appeal an eligible moderation decision through the available form.

8. Your comments and other submissions

You retain any rights you hold in comments and other material you submit. By submitting material, you give Watchmora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and technically process that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve and promote the relevant Watchmora feature.

This licence ends when the material is deleted from active public use, except to the extent that limited copies must remain temporarily in backups, security logs, moderation records or legal evidence.

You must have the right to submit your material. Do not submit confidential information, personal information about another person without a lawful reason, or content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Comments are public. Do not post anything that you expect to remain private.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
  • threaten, harass, abuse, stalk or target another person;
  • post hate, discriminatory abuse or dehumanising content;
  • post defamatory allegations or present unverified accusations as fact;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, data-protection or personality rights;
  • publish another person’s private information, credentials or contact details;
  • impersonate another person or falsely claim authority or affiliation;
  • upload malware, exploit code or content intended to compromise the service;
  • scrape, crawl or automate access in a way that overloads, bypasses or damages the service, except for ordinary search-engine crawling permitted by our published controls;
  • evade rate limits, moderation, access controls or account restrictions;
  • manipulate ratings, comments, recommendations or analytics;
  • use Watchmora content or infrastructure to train, benchmark or supply another system where that use is prohibited by law, licence or these Terms;
  • submit spam, scams, deceptive links or commercial promotion without permission;
  • create an account if you are under 18.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, label, limit, hide, remove or preserve content; restrict features; suspend or close accounts; and retain evidence where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to a lawful request or defend legal rights.

Moderation may involve automated systems and human review. We do not promise to identify every breach immediately or to monitor every submission before publication.

Where an appeal is available, use the Moderation Appeal form. An appeal does not guarantee reversal.

11. Third-party services

Watchmora may link to or display material from services such as TMDB, JustWatch, YouTube, Google and external streaming providers. Those services are independent and apply their own terms, privacy practices, regional restrictions and charges.

A link, logo, provider listing or trailer does not mean that Watchmora controls, endorses or is endorsed by the third party. Watchmora is not responsible for a third-party service to the extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual property

The Watchmora name, original interface, original text, code and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Third-party titles, posters, stills, logos, trailers, biographies, credits and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under applicable licences, permissions, terms or legal grounds.

Do not copy or reuse material merely because it appears on Watchmora. Check the relevant rights and source terms first.

13. Reports and rights requests

Use the Content Report form for catalogue errors or problematic content, the Copyright and Rights form for a rights claim, the Privacy Complaint form for data-protection concerns and the Security form for vulnerabilities.

Provide accurate information and act in good faith. Knowingly false or abusive reports may be rejected and may lead to account action.

14. Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend or remove features, data sources or content. We do not guarantee that any particular title, page, recommendation, provider, comment or feature will remain available.

We will not use this clause to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Ending your account

You may request account deletion through the account privacy controls. Deletion is subject to the process described in the Privacy Policy, including limited retention in backups, security records, support cases or legal evidence where necessary.

We may restrict or close an account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, security risk, suspected underage use, legal requirement or serious harm to the service or another person.

16. Disclaimers

Watchmora is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data, permanent availability, specific search rankings, specific recommendation results or compatibility with every device.

Nothing on Watchmora is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Watchmora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by relying on inaccurate third-party availability information, or loss arising solely from an independent third-party service.

If you use Watchmora as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. If applicable law gives you stronger rights than these Terms, that law prevails.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but a consumer may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom or other country where they live when mandatory law allows it.

Before starting formal proceedings, please use the Legal or Support form so we have a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, providers or risks change. Material updates may require account holders to review and accept a new version before continuing to use account-only features.

The current version and effective date appear on this page. Previous immutable versions remain recorded in Watchmora’s legal system.

20. Contact

For general questions, use the Support Centre. For legal notices, privacy complaints, rights requests or security reports, use the relevant form linked from the Contact page.

Watchmora does not currently publish a private residential address. A separate public business correspondence address will be added when it has been established. This does not prevent you from submitting a legal, privacy, copyright or security request through the available forms.

For formal legal notices, copyright, trade mark, licensing, defamation or other rights matters, use the relevant rights form or email [email protected].
