The Alto Knights
In 1950s New York, crime bosses Frank Costello and Vito Genovese find their former friendship tested by a struggle for control of the city’s organized crime network. Costello begins to withdraw from the gang’s affairs, but Genovese continues pursuing his rival and arranges an assassination attempt in 1957. As their conflict escalates, the two men’s competing claims expose the divisions within the criminal world they once shared.
