North Country
Josey Aimes takes a job at a Minnesota mine to support herself and her son, but soon faces relentless sexual harassment and abuse from her male colleagues. When the company refuses to address the workers’ complaints, Josey turns to the courts and files a lawsuit against the mine. To build the case, she must persuade other women to speak openly about what they have endured and stand up to the hostility surrounding them.
