The Walk
In 1974, French high-wire artist Philippe Petit sets his sights on an impossible feat: crossing the space between New York’s World Trade Center towers on a tightrope. Turning the plan into a secret project, he must find a way to place the wire between the skyscrapers and carry out the crossing without a safety net. The towering height, strong winds and risk of discovery make every stage of the attempt more difficult.
