Argo
During the Iranian Revolution, six Americans escape the storming of the U.S. embassy and find refuge in the home of Canadian ambassador Ken Taylor. With their hiding place becoming harder to protect, CIA exfiltration specialist Tony Mendez is assigned to get them out of the country. He creates an elaborate cover story: the group will pose as a Canadian film crew scouting locations for a science-fiction movie, while Mendez works to make the fake production appear credible enough to pass official scrutiny.
