High Strung
Ruby, a classical dancer studying on scholarship at the Manhattan Conservatory of the Arts, meets Johnnie, a hip-hop violinist who earns money performing in the New York subway. Their different approaches to music and dance make collaboration difficult, but they join forces with a hip-hop dance crew to prepare for a competition. As Ruby and Johnnie search for a shared style, their growing attraction becomes part of the challenge.
