Gangster Squad
In 1949 Los Angeles, mob boss Mickey Cohen has built a criminal empire around drugs, weapons, prostitution and illegal betting. His influence reaches beyond his own enforcers, with police officers and politicians helping protect his operation. Sergeant John O'Mara and Jerry Wooters lead a small secret group of LAPD officers who join forces to challenge Cohen and dismantle the network that has given him control of the city.
