The Outlaws
In 2004, Seoul’s Chinatown is already divided among local criminal groups when three Chinese gangsters arrive and begin taking over territory through violence. Their actions disrupt the fragile balance that has kept the district under control, forcing the local gangs to cooperate with the police. Detective Ma Seok-do leads the response, trying to stop the newcomers before their campaign for power spreads further through the neighborhood.
