After the Dark

At an international school in Jakarta, philosophy teacher Eric Zimit gives his graduating class an unusual survival exercise. The twenty students must imagine that a nuclear apocalypse is approaching and decide which ten of them should take shelter in an underground bunker to rebuild humanity. What begins as a classroom discussion soon requires the group to defend its choices through logic while confronting the consequences of leaving half the class outside.
