Kathy, Ruth and Tommy spend their childhood at a secluded boarding school in England, separated from the world beyond its grounds. As they grow older, their close friendship becomes complicated by their feelings for one another. Then they discover that they are clones created for organ donation, forcing them to face the purpose assigned to their lives while trying to understand what their relationships can still mean.
