A Dangerous Method

Carl Jung, a driven psychiatrist, takes on Sabina Spielrein, a troubled patient whose case challenges his understanding of psychoanalysis. To treat her, he applies the method developed by his mentor, Sigmund Freud, drawing the two men into an intense professional exchange. As Sabina becomes increasingly important to Jung, the boundaries between treatment, intellectual influence and personal desire begin to blur, putting his relationship with Emma Jung under strain.
