Teenager Sam Witwicky is drawn into a war between two extraterrestrial robot factions after the conflict reaches Earth. The Autobots are trying to stop the Decepticons, who are searching for a key to unimaginable power—and Sam unknowingly has the clue they need. With his friend Mikaela Banes, he is caught between the rival robots as they fight to control the secret that could decide the course of the war.
