The Florida Project
Six-year-old Moonee spends the summer turning the area around the Magic Castle motel into her own playground with a group of friends. While the children fill their days with games, discoveries and small adventures, the adults living around them are struggling with poverty and uncertain circumstances. Moonee’s young mother, Halley, tries to care for her daughter in the budget motel, but keeping their life together becomes increasingly difficult.
