Starred Up
Nineteen-year-old Eric Love is transferred from a juvenile facility to an adult prison, where he is placed in the same institution as his estranged father, Neville. His aggressive behavior soon brings him into conflict with both inmates and prison staff, while the prison’s gang politics make his position even more difficult. A volunteer psychotherapist invites Eric to an anger-management group, giving him a possible way to respond to the violence around him and to his troubled relationship with Neville.
