The Longest Yard
Disgraced former professional quarterback Paul Crewe is sent to a Texas federal prison, where Warden Hazen asks him to help train the guards’ football team. Instead, Paul proposes a match between the guards and a team of inmates, then agrees to lead the prisoners himself with help from former football coach Nate Scarborough. As the players prepare, Paul must deal with violent opponents and a warden who wants to manipulate the game’s result.
