Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol
Commandant Lassard launches Citizens on Patrol, a program that brings ordinary residents into the police academy as volunteer recruits. With official support behind the initiative, the academy’s instructors must prepare the newcomers for work in the community, even though their lack of experience creates plenty of room for mistakes. Captain Harris opposes the project and looks for a way to use the volunteers against Lassard and the academy.
