Police Academy 3: Back in Training
Carey Mahoney and the officers of Lassard’s police academy face losing their school after the governor announces that budget cuts will leave only one academy in operation. To decide which institution survives, the two academies are placed in competition, forcing both staffs to prove the value of their training. While Mauser tries to strengthen his academy’s chances by persuading two officers from Lassard’s side to switch allegiance, Mahoney, Hightower, Tackleberry, Jones and Hooks work with Lassard to prepare a new group of inexperienced recruits.
