My Cousin Vinny
While driving through rural Alabama, college students Bill Gambini and Stan Rothenstein are mistakenly arrested and charged with murdering a store clerk. Bill turns to his cousin Vinny Gambini, a Brooklyn former auto mechanic who has only recently passed the bar exam after six attempts. Vinny arrives with his girlfriend, Mona Lisa Vito, to handle his first case, but must defend the young men in an unfamiliar court against a serious accusation.
