Legends of the Fall
In the early 20th century, retired Colonel William Ludlow raises his three sons—Alfred, Tristan and Samuel—on a remote Montana ranch. When Samuel returns from college with his fiancée, Susannah Fincannon, she becomes part of the family just as the First World War begins. The brothers’ loyalty is tested when they leave the ranch for the battlefield, while their feelings for Susannah create a conflict that follows the Ludlows long after the war.
