Hostiles
In 1892, Captain Joseph J. Blocker, a veteran Army officer nearing retirement, receives one final assignment despite his deep hatred of Native Americans. He must escort Cheyenne Chief Yellow Hawk and the chief’s family from New Mexico to their Montana reservation, crossing territory made dangerous by armed conflict and hostile Comanche groups. Along the route, the party encounters Rosalee Quaid, a widow whose family was killed during the war, further complicating the journey and the captain’s duty.
