Evil Dead II
Ash and his girlfriend Linda spend the night in a remote cabin, where they find a tape recording of an archaeologist reciting ancient passages from the Book of the Dead. Playing it awakens an evil force that possesses Linda and leaves Ash trapped with a growing supernatural threat. He must use whatever weapons he can find to survive and stop the dead from overwhelming the cabin. The arrival of Annie Knowby and three other people only adds to the danger inside.
