Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan
During the Vietnam War in 1966, Major Harry Smith leads Delta Company, an Australian and New Zealand unit supporting American and South Vietnamese forces. On August 18, the young recruits and volunteers encounter a far larger Viet Cong force at the Long Tan rubber plantation. With little combat experience and heavily outnumbered, Smith and his soldiers must hold their position while trying to protect one another from the advancing enemy.
