Coach Carter
Ken Carter returns to Richmond High School as head coach of its basketball team, where he once studied and played. The players are talented but undisciplined, so Carter introduces strict rules that demand effort in the classroom as well as on the court. When their academic results remain poor, he benches the undefeated team, putting his approach at odds with the players, their families and the wider school community.
