Blast from the Past

After a bomb scare in the 1960s, the Webber family seals itself inside an underground shelter, where Adam grows up and spends 35 years cut off from the outside world. When he finally enters 1990s Los Angeles, the young man must find food and other supplies for his family while trying to understand a society he has never seen. Adam also begins looking for a wife, but his sheltered upbringing makes even ordinary encounters unfamiliar and difficult to navigate.
