Eighteen-year-old Noah leaves America for London after her mother begins a relationship with William, a wealthy British businessman. At William’s home, she meets his son Nick, whose privileged lifestyle and difficult attitude make settling into her new surroundings harder. Although their first encounters are hostile, Noah and Nick soon recognize an attraction neither of them can ignore. As Noah tries to adapt to life in London, the troubled past she left behind begins to threaten her new relationship and family life.
