New in Town
Lucy Hill, an ambitious executive from sunny Miami, accepts a temporary assignment in Minnesota to restructure a manufacturing plant, expecting the job to bring her closer to a promotion. Instead, she arrives in a small town where harsh winter weather and skeptical residents make even her professional work difficult. As Lucy tries to win the workers’ trust and complete the assignment, her view of the place—and her own priorities—begins to change, while an unexpected romance enters her life.
