American Hustle
In 1970s New Jersey, con artist Irving Rosenfeld runs scams with Sydney Prosser, who helps him pose as a wealthy businessman. Their operation collapses when FBI agent Richie DiMaso catches them and forces the pair to cooperate with an investigation. Under his direction, Irving and Sydney must enter the circles of local politicians and organized crime, including Mayor Carmine Polito, while trying to keep the scheme under control.
