Netflix announced that production on High Tides: The Film began on September 23, 2026. Filming is taking place in Belgium, France and Thailand.
The returning cast includes Pommelien Thijs, Willem De Schryver, Nola Elvis Kemper, Ayana Doucouré, Kes Bakker, Jef Hellemans and Daan Schuurmans. The film is the sequel to the popular series High Tides, whose three seasons together spent over 24 weeks in the Dutch Netflix Top10. High Tides: The Film is expected to be released worldwide on Netflix in 2027.
