The Ledge
Police officer Hollis Lucetti is called to a rooftop where Gavin Nichols is standing on the ledge and refusing to come down. As Hollis tries to keep him talking, Gavin tells him about his affair with Shana Harris, a married woman whose husband Joe is a fundamentalist Christian. Gavin is an atheist who shares an apartment with a gay friend, and his relationship with Shana brings his beliefs into direct conflict with Joe’s. What begins as a rescue effort becomes a tense struggle between two opposing worldviews.
