The Lazarus Effect

Medical researcher Frank Walton and his fiancée Zoe McConnell work with a team on an experiment that could bring the dead back to life. After they successfully revive a lifeless animal without authorization, their dean orders them to stop before they can present the discovery publicly. When Zoe dies while the researchers try to repeat the procedure, Frank uses the experiment on her, but her return is followed by disturbing changes that suggest something else has come back with her.
