Flatliners
Medical students Courtney, Ray, Marlo, Jamie and Sophia decide to test what happens after death by deliberately stopping one another’s hearts. Each participant is briefly brought back after a near-death experience, but the experiment does not end when their vital signs return. As they repeat the procedure, the students must deal with the consequences of tampering with the boundary between life and death, while guilt and competition complicate their search for answers.
