The Happytime Murders
In a city where humans and puppets live side by side, puppets are treated as second-class citizens. When former stars of a popular 1990s children’s television show begin turning up dead, private investigator Phil Philips is asked to help solve the killings. The former LAPD detective must work with his old partner, Detective Connie Edwards, even though their past makes the investigation difficult. Together, they follow a case that reaches into the entertainment world and exposes a dangerous criminal network.
