The Great Gatsby
In 1920s Long Island, Midwesterner Nick Carraway rents a house beside the mansion of Jay Gatsby, a wealthy and mysterious man known for his lavish parties. Drawn into Gatsby’s circle, Nick learns that the millionaire’s carefully built life is shaped by an intense fixation on Daisy Buchanan, who is married to Tom. As Nick looks more closely at the people around Gatsby, the glamour gives way to a conflict driven by obsession, infidelity and the desire to recover a lost love.
