The Gods Must Be Crazy

Xi, a young bushman living with his peaceful tribe in the Kalahari, encounters a glass Coca-Cola bottle that falls from an airplane. Since no one in the community knows where it came from, the object is treated as a gift from the gods, but it soon causes arguments and disorder. Xi decides to take the bottle far away and begins a journey beyond his familiar world, while scientist Andrew Steyn and teacher Kate Thompson become involved in events unfolding in Botswana.
