The BFG
Sophie, a young orphan living in London, is taken from her bedroom by the BFG, a giant who refuses to eat people and is unlike the other inhabitants of Giant Country. Although she is frightened at first, Sophie learns that the larger giants are man-eaters threatening the human world. Together, she and the BFG seek a way to stop them, eventually turning to the Queen of England for help.
