The Accidental Husband
Dr. Emma Lloyd, a New York radio host who advises callers about relationships, is preparing to marry Richard Braxton when an unexpected legal problem disrupts her plans: records show that she is already married to Patrick Sullivan, a firefighter she has never met. Emma tries to understand how the fictitious marriage was arranged and how to end it, while Patrick refuses to make the process easy. He created the scheme as revenge after Emma’s advice led his former fiancée to leave him, but his plan becomes complicated when his feelings toward her begin to change.
