Sleepers
In 1960s Hell’s Kitchen, four friends are sent to a youth prison after a reckless mistake, where they suffer sexual abuse from sadistic guard Nokes. Fifteen years later, the experience still shapes their lives, and two of them, now involved with organized crime, begin planning revenge against the man who hurt them. Their actions eventually bring the case before a court, where the former victims must confront the past in a very public legal battle.
