Offender

Tommy Nix is held at one of Britain’s most notorious young offenders institutes, where the demand for justice becomes the central issue. As the story unfolds inside the facility, Tommy is drawn into a conflict involving fellow inmates and the authorities responsible for keeping order, including Detective Boaz. The film follows the pressure building around this question of how justice should be served in a place defined by punishment and control.
