The investigation brings him to Lee Harvey Oswald, who is accused of the killing, and to Clay Shaw, while witnesses such as Willie O'Keefe offer further pieces of information. As Garrison follows conflicting leads, he starts questioning whether the case has been fully understood and pursues his own inquiry into what happened.
