Flight
Airline pilot Whip Whitaker has long hidden his dependence on alcohol and drugs while continuing to fly commercial routes. During one flight, a mechanical failure sends the plane into a deadly descent, and Whip manages an emergency landing that saves most of the people on board, though six passengers die. As investigators examine the crash, a blood test exposes his condition, putting his account of the disaster and his future as a pilot under scrutiny. Whip tries to get sober while facing the consequences of the investigation.
