Falling Down
On a hot Los Angeles morning, William, known as D-Fens, abandons his car after becoming trapped in a traffic jam. He is already dealing with an indefinite leave from work and a court order preventing him from seeing his daughter, and the pressure pushes him into a violent confrontation with the city’s everyday obstacles. As William makes his way across Los Angeles toward his daughter’s birthday celebration, retiring detective Prendergast tries to determine what is driving his escalating actions.
