Fractured

While driving across the country with his wife Joanne and daughter Peri, Ray Monroe stops at a highway rest area after Peri is injured. He rushes her to a hospital and argues with the admissions nurse before a doctor agrees to examine her. When Ray briefly loses consciousness in the waiting area, Joanne and Peri are sent for a scan. He wakes to find no sign of them and no hospital record that either one was ever there, so he begins pressing the staff for answers and trying to locate his family.
