Code 8
In Lincoln City, only four percent of the population has extraordinary abilities, while most gifted people live below the poverty line under the watch of a heavily militarized police force. Taylor Reed, a construction worker with powers of his own, draws their attention after committing a minor offense. He is soon forced to fight, turning a small legal mistake into a direct conflict with the authorities.
