Agora
In Alexandria, Egypt, during the late Roman Empire, philosopher and astronomer Hypatia teaches her students while religious conflict begins to divide the city. Her slave Davus is secretly in love with her, but the rising Christian movement offers him a possible path to freedom. As violence spreads through Alexandria, Davus must choose where he stands, while Hypatia continues to pursue answers about the universe amid the unrest.
